This Membership Contract ("Contract") is entered into between the undersigned member ("Member") and {{CHAIN_NAME}}, the fitness gym ("Gym"). This Contract outlines the terms and conditions of membership at {{CHAIN_NAME}}.

1. MEMBERSHIP TERM

1.1 The membership term begins on {{VALID_FROM}} and continues for a minimum period of [Minimum Duration] months.

1.2 After the initial minimum duration, this membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled by either party.

2. MEMBERSHIP FEES

4.3 Member acknowledges that failure to comply with gym policies may result in termination of membership.

5. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

5.1 Member may cancel this contract after the minimum duration with written notice of at least [Cancellation Notice Period] days before the next billing date.

5.2 {{CHAIN_NAME}} reserves the right to terminate this contract if Member breaches any terms outlined herein.

6. LIABILITY

6.2 Member is responsible for their personal belongings, and {{CHAIN_NAME}} is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

7. IMAGE RELEASE PERMISSION

7.1 Member grants {{CHAIN_NAME}} the permission to capture and use photographic and video images of Member for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, posting on {{CHAIN_NAME}}'s website, social media accounts, and marketing materials.

7.2 Member understands that these images may be shared with the public and other members.

7.3 If Member wishes to revoke this permission, they must notify {{CHAIN_NAME}} in writing.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

8.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between Member and {{CHAIN_NAME}} and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements.

8.2 Any modifications to this Contract must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
